Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made at useveby.com, operated by Four Faces Global LLC ("VEBY," "we," "us"). We want you to love your VEBY ritual. If you don't, we make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first order of any VEBY product, you may request a full refund of the product price within 30 days of the delivery date, even if the product has been opened. The satisfaction guarantee is limited to one unit per product per customer.

How to request a refund

Email hello@useveby.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. In most cases you will not need to return opened product.
If a return is required, we will provide the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the refund is the result of our error or a damaged/defective product.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date by emailing hello@useveby.com or through your account. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend to receive, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will cancel the subscription and refund that renewal order.

Brand Partner purchases

Brand Partner kits are covered by the same 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. In addition, a Brand Partner who ends their participation in the program may return unopened, resalable product purchased within the previous 12 months for a refund of 90% of the net price paid, less any commissions or bonuses earned on those purchases.
